Osmotherly has declared himself a certain starter and will line up in his first grand final when Tigers meet Griffith at Narrandera Sportsground.
The 25-year-old has enjoyed a brilliant first season at Robertson Oval after crossing from Hume League club Murray Magpies and his availability is of utmost importance to Tigers.
Osmotherly came from the field in the third quarter of last Sunday's preliminary final after dislocating his shoulder and did not return.
It was the third time in the last couple of months his shoulder had popped out but Osmotherly has no hesitation in playing in Saturday's decider.
"It's pretty good. I was back at work (on Monday) and it's a lot better than last time," Osmotherly said.
"I've got a full range of motion back.
"It is what it is. It's just one of those things. I'll get them both strapped on the weekend and go from there.
"I probably came back a bit early. Two weeks wasn't ideal but I've only got one more game to get through and then work on it over the off-season."
It is Osmotherly's 'good' shoulder that has been giving him grief after undergoing a reconstruction on his other previously.
Osmotherly has played a major part in Tigers' rise to a grand final, providing the club with a much-needed ruck option and a big presence in the middle of the ground.
He cannot wait to run out on Saturday.
"I'm extremely keen," he said.
"I don't think I had even played finals footy before (this year) so to be into a grand final is really exciting."
It appears Tigers will go into the grand final with an unchanged line-up despite some injury concerns from the preliminary final.
Jesse Manton is right to play despite coming off with groin tightness, while Tigers coach Troy Maiden is also 'really confident' that Ben Kelly will be right.
Kelly, a key defender, did not play any part in the second half on Sunday and was limping noticeably with a nerve problem in his hamstring.
