Kate Wendt owns the historic property Overdale which is said by some to be haunted by ghosts of past inhabitants.
"Roseleigh Manor had a gourmet shop in Wagga, and we created the pie range," she said.
"When it closed down, we took the Killer Pie shop and created a line for it. Killer Pies is a hook to get people in, 'get them before they get you' Killer Pies."

Ms Wendt wanted to turn the derelict property into a business when she purchased the property in 2004, now Roseleigh the Witchery, Roseleigh Manor and Killer Pies are all up and running.
"I am always good for leaping before you look," she said.
The Killer Pies stall can be found at Farm Gate Market pavilion at Henty Field Days this year.
