Crews attached to Turvey Park Fire Station were called to McNickle Road near Moorong in the early hours of the morning.
Arriving at 5.40am, crews found a car completely engulfed in flames.
It took roughly 20 minutes to subdue.
Police were also in attendance and will continue to investigate the circumstances leading to the fire.
The incident follows another earlier in the month, where a car was set alight on Eunony Bridge near Oura.

This year has seen fewer car fires that previous years, but firefighters say that may be no indication of what is it come in the remainder of 2019.
"We're seeing one every couple of nights instead of one every night like it has been," said Justin Bentley, station officer at Turvey Park FRNSW.
"It is going in the right direction, but it could always pick up at any time."
