Star playmaker Nathan Rose returns to five-eighth for the first time since round 12 for the clash at Equex Centre

Nick Skinner has returned to the front row after missing the Bulls' last win with a neck complaint.

Pending a final fitness test on Saturday, Harry Lucas will be back on the wing after he also missed the major-semi final with a knee injury.

Hayden Jeans is a new face on the bench after injuring his calf in the last round of the season.

Southcity coach Kyle McCarthy is pleased to have some of the side's biggest names back and ready to fire in the grand final.

"They've got good experience and level heads when it gets tough and they are good people to have on the field," McCarthy said.

"With Skin starting and Jeansy on the bench it will be a staggered approach and there will always be a level head in the middle.

"It is going to be a good thing."

Rose's return to the number six jumper has caused plenty of reshuffling.

He missed six weeks after injuring his hamstring for the third time this season and has played their last two games off the bench.

Ben Lucas, who came off with a groin injury in the win over the Tigers, moves to halfback, McCarthy is back at hooker with Luke McBeath returning to lock.

However McCarthy had no hesitation to bring Rose in and trigger so many positional moves.

"He's a phenomenal athlete and if he doesn't get hurt so often he's the best player in the comp," McCarthy said.

"Even coming off injury he has still been a star this finals series and now that he's got these runs under his belt I'm expecting every more from him."

McCarthy is yet to decide who will be the 17^th player in the side with either Steven Kemp or Jacob Levy to fill the last interchange role.

Tumut have named an unchanged line up after their breakthrough win against Gundagai with co-coach Adam Pearce's shoulder responding well.
