It means the minor premiers will tackle Wagga Tigers for a place in the grand final on their rivals' home ground on Sunday.
Riverina League president Chris Flanigan said the request was considered but the geographical and financial advantages of Robertson Oval were deemed more important.
"Seventy five per cent of the competing clubs on Sunday, plus the gate duty and the canteen duty clubs, are from the eastern side of the league," Flanigan said.
"Geographically and financially it makes sense to play it at Robertson Oval.
"The home ground advantage we don't really look at based on our criteria of using the best venues available to us."
Coolamon president Derek Owens was accepting of the decision.
He's now looking to focus on trying to get their first, reserve and A grade netball teams through to the grand final.
"I believe we got a fair hearing and they considered some of the points I made," Owens said.
"They chose not to go in that direction and chose to continue in the direction of the matrix they've been using to set up the venues in the past.
"Maybe we can look at it in the future to see if there are ways to go about it that may be a little more fair."
