Starring Thomas Crane as Freddie Mercury, the actor-cross-musician said it would be just like seeing a real Queen concert.
"It's just like the real thing, we've got costumes, I play the piano and guitar, and I'll even have the false teeth in to look the part," he said.
"I have had a lot of things in my mouth and this is definitely the most memorable."
For Crane, performing on stage was just the start of his dream.
"I'm lucky I get to do this for a living, I've always dreamed about it, 25 years ago I had a dream and it's come true even bigger and better than ever," he said.
While he hasn't been to Wagga before, Crane said the regional tour was exciting.
"I'm looking forward to it, it varies from stage to stage but I think I like these smaller venues because people can get up and dance more," he said.
"All the songs we play are on original key, you'll hear We are the champions, Radio Gaga, Bohemian Rhapsody, The Show Must Go On, whatever you think about when you think of Queen, we'll play it."
The road has not been all smooth sailing though.
"I am coming off a cold so really hoping it clears up in time, my worst nightmare is that I won't be able to sing when it comes to a show," he said.
The musical sensation will hit the Wagga Civic Theatre stage on Saturday, September 21.
