Commonwealth Bank of Australia has decided to remove its ATMs from South City, Sturt Mall and Marketplace shopping centres.
The Turvey Tops ATM was removed in 2017.
A CBA spokesperson, said in a statement, that a recent review found more customers are choosing to do their banking electronically.
"Across the industry, ATM withdrawal volumes continue to decrease year on year as customers are overwhelmingly choosing other methods for payment, including tap and go and Apple Pay," the spokesperson said.
"We have invested in our presence in Wagga and recently opened an expanded South Wagga branch on June 17, with a newer, larger and more innovative space for customers.
"Our larger South Wagga branch on Baylis Street will showcase the latest in banking technology including coin counting devices, 24/7 access to ATMs with instant deposit capability and a change machine."
Residents on Wagga's Thumbs Up, Thumbs Down Facebook page raised concerns about elderly people who may be affected by these removals.
However, the spokesperson said the company has invested in Wagga with its new branch and there are other options where money can be withdrawn.
"EFTPOS allows customers to withdraw cash at participating supermarkets and service centres," the spokesperson said.
"Our customers can also complete personal and business banking transactions, such as withdrawals, deposits and bill payments, including passbook accounts, during normal business hours at their nearest Australia Post."
