Haddrill capped off a fine first season as Northern Jets coach by being named as Farrer League's best and fairest in front of a packed house at The Rules Club in Wagga.
Haddrill flew slightly under the radar this season but his remarkable consistency was highlighted by him polling in 13 of the Jets' 16 games.
The Jets midfielder polled 25 votes to finish three clear of North Wagga midfielder Cayden Winter (22), who won this year's Player of the Year award, voted by coaches.
Haddrill followed in the footsteps of his father Terry, who won two Gammage Medals back in 1978 and 1980.
Marrar captain Jackson Moye finished strongly to grab third on 21 votes, with Coleambally speedster Curtis Steele (20) and Temora young gun Will Reinhold (17) rounding out the top five.
Haddrill polled three votes for best-on-ground in four of the Jets' five wins for the year and was awarded two votes in the other victory.
He also polled three votes in the Jets' nine-point loss to Marrar in round 13.
Haddrill was a little slow in polling to start the year as Winter shot to an early lead.
The North Wagga co-captain led by two votes after round five and three votes by round 10 but it was during the middle part of the season where Haddrill hit his straps.
He polled 11 votes in betweens round 10 to 13 to establish a medal-winning break and his victory was cemented with two rounds remaining in the count.
Also on the night, Reinhold was awarded Farrer League's football rising star.
Marrar premiership mentor Shane Lenon was named Coach of the Year.
Northern Jets' Bruce Baker was named Volunteer of the Year, while North Wagga's Rod Sheedy was presented with a AFL NSW-ACT Merit Award.
North Wagga's Ryan Pollack won the Allan Carroll Medal for best and fairest in reserve grade.
East Wagga-Kooringal's Ryan Bourne was a dominant winner of the David 'Sandman' Oehm Medal for under 17 best and fairest, finishing eight clear of his nearest rivals.
