The Queenslander has been making a tour of the country from top to bottom, and says he has high hopes for the 155th annual Wagga Show.
"I get to travel all over the country, so that's why I joined," he said.
"It's only just started for me, but I like it so far."
He has joined a team who have become regulars in Wagga at this time of year.
Theirs is a family that has spent three generations at the show.
Jade Godfrey and her famed hot dog van returns to prime position at the front of sideshow alley.
"This'd be the third year we've been back since moving to Tasmania, but my husband's family have been here for generations, [operating] the dodgems and a food van."
Ms Godfrey and Mr Bryant were among the many organisers, exhibitors and ride operators who descended on Wagga's showgrounds on Wednesday.
Society secretary Aileen Storey said this may be the largest sideshow alley on record.
"It's a good turn out, probably the best we've seen. We've definitely allocated more space for the rides than we did last year," she said.
Gates will open at the showgrounds from 10am on Friday, with the official opening to take place from 6pm.
The 155th Wagga show is sponsored by Riverina Volkswagen.
