O'Leary was crowned Farrer League's A grade netball best and fairest in front of a packed house at The Rules Club on Wednesday night.
O'Leary polled 31 votes to win by 12 from Barellan teenager Paige Kenny (19 votes).
The Rock-Yerong Creek pair Lily Wild and Sarah O'Leary shared a three-way tie for third with Temora's Abbey Reinhold on 18 votes.
Reinhold also took out Farrer League netball's rising star award.
It caps off a big season for O'Leary, who is already through to the Farrer League grand final with the Bushsows.
The dynamic goal defence has been an integral part of CSU's success.
Meantime, Farrer League's A reserve best and fairest had to be shared between three players.
East Wagga-Kooringal's Gelske Vanderland, Marrar's Eliza Howard and North Wagga's Ella Scott all finished on 21 votes to share the award.
North Wagga's Eden Absolum won the B grade best and fairest, while TRYC's Molly Cunningham took out a thrilling C grade count.
Kenny capped off a big night by also taking out the under 17 best and fairest.
Matthew Schofield was named netball Coach of the Year.
