The defending champions carried questionable form into the finals, but with their full squad available edged out Henwood Park 2-1 in an extra time thriller last week.
It took 118 minutes for a Kane Baumer penalty to break the deadlock, setting up another clash with the minor premiers from Griffith.
Both contests between the clubs have finished 2-all this year. The first meeting in Wagga was arguably the clash of the season, with Brodie scoring a brilliant equaliser in the 75th minute.
Before that match Hanwood had gone unbeaten through the first eight rounds and hadn't conceded a single goal.
Brodie said the Sharks feel less pressure this finals series after they went in unbeaten last year having lost the grand final in 2017.
"I remember saying to the boys when we went into the first game, they're undefeated and they haven't even conceded a goal but we're going to be the ones to crack them," Brodie said.
"I'm really looking forward to the game, I think it will be an epic one and I reckon we'll get up. Hopefully it will be a bit easier than the one on the weekend.
"One of us has to win this week, I think the Sharkie boys have got the mongrel to get up and do it. It's going to be one of those epic games that everyone loves to watch and you never forget playing.
"We definitely don't want that trophy to go out to Griffith, we're going to keep it here. It's going back in our cabinet."
Both teams play positive soccer and Brodie expects another clash full of goals.
"The key to beating them it to go out and attack. To just go hard and play our game instead of worrying about defending them," he said.
"We finally got our full team back last week, which we hadn't had for a while.
"I reckon it's nice this year not to have that pressure of going the whole way undefeated. We didn't get the minor premiership, we've been beaten."
