The under-20 boys advanced 1-0 over Weston Molonglo thanks to a Zach Pinney goal early in extra time, and they will play O'Connor Knights in the preliminary final.
The under-13s girls also needed extra time to hold off Woden-Weston 1-0 through a Jade Emms goal, while Anisa Rees scored a hat-trick in the under-15s girls' 5-2 rout of Canberra United Academy.
A perfect day was capped off with the under-17s girls accounting for Canberra FC 5-3, with Tess Vaccari scoring a brace.
Football Wagga development manager Liam Dedini said the results are encouraging, particularly for the first year of the women's program.
"I think all teams are a big chance next week and anything can happen when you're playing for a spot in a grand final," he said.
"It'd be massive."
