Southern Inland rugby manager Jack Heffernan was thrilled with how the day unfolded.
"It was fantastic day," Heffernan said. "And it was a great game with a bit of a comeback from Waratahs.
"Aggies definitely came out firing in the first half, which was great to see."
However with only four clubs represented on grand final day, Heffernan thought the crowd was down before the official gate was calculated.
"I think it was due to only four clubs participating rather than the usual six plus," he said.
There were large gaps between the four grand finals, however Heffernan was pleased with the timings.
"I was really happy with how the day went, the presentations and there was plenty of times between games," he said.
"Everyone seemed really happy with it."
