The Wagga Women's Health Centre, in partnership with Defence Community Organisation, will be hosting an open day on Sunday September 8.
The day will celebrate Women's Health Week with workshops, activities and a shared lunch.
The event is free and is open to all women to attend. A special invitation goes out to women from the military and military families.
The event will be held at the Women's Health Centre at 22 Peter Street Wagga from 10am to 3pm.
Workshop bookings are recommended. Go to the centre or call (02) 6921 3333 to book in.
Women's Health Week runs from September 2 to September 6.
"Women's Health Week is a fun and informative way for women to focus on themselves and learn some valuable health information," Women's Health Week campaign manager Brenda Jones says.
"Ultimately, we wish to equip women with the tools to lead a healthy and happy life."
