Ben Kelly, Shaun Driscoll and Jacob Osbeiston will come back from injury in time for the final round clash with the Swans.
Sam Ryan will return after being unavailable last week, while Tigers will give Brendy Myers until Saturday morning to decide whether he plays.
Myers injured his ankle in the win over Coolamon last Saturday but coach Troy Maiden said they won't take any risks.
"We'll leave it until the morning but will probably err on the side of caution," Maiden said.
"We haven't risked injured players all year so we're not going to do it this week.
"It will be good to get those guys back in
Tigers must defeat Griffith on Saturday to win the minor premiership and go straight through to the second semi-final.
The Swans will finish third regardless and have chose to rest Mick Duncan.
