Wallendbeen couple Lorraine and Jack Roy feared his career may have been over after injury struck in March, but four months later the wins are still flowing.
London Tom proved too good for his rivals to take out the M Williams Painting & Decor Stakes (400m) at Wagga on Friday night.
It was his second win in three starts following the injury break.
Jack Roy is thrilled to see him return in such good form.
"It was a bad injury and was out for four months but has come back very good," Roy said. "He can run 500 and is capable of winning a race at Wentworth Park.
"I thought he was finished but I gave him the time off to treat it and it looks like it has come back alright."
London Tom ($8.50) jumped to the early lead while some of his more fancied rivals struck trouble.
He went on to defeat Smackdown Sally ($26) by almost four lengths.
The win was part of a race-to-race double for the Wallendbeen couple.
Earlier in the night, Changer's Chance broke through for his first win at start three.
After finishing second in his first two attempts, Changer's Chance ($1.30) went on to down True Blue Riot ($5.50) by more than two lengths.
Roy believes he's a greyhound with a big future.
"He's only 19 months old and very young," he said.
"There's a lot more wins in store for him.
"Usually they are only getting broken in at that age but we started him a little bit early but he's a good chaser."
