Corey Owen Warden, 30, of Tumbarumba, appeared via video link in Wagga Local Court on Wednesday when he pleaded guilty to numerous charges.
Court documents state that in early May, police began pursuing a green Holden ute that Warden was driving after they noticed it was speeding "well in excess of 100km/h" along a residential street in Gundagai.
Warden led police on a chase for about 30km before he went onto a gravel road and they lost track of him.
He then entered a rural property and hid the car. However, acting on information, police entered the property and found Warden and a co-accused hiding in a shed under a doona.
There, police found cocaine and cannabis belonging to Warden. They allegedly also found shotgun shells and a set of knuckle dusters.
In a police interview, Warden said he knew he had an outstanding warrant and was trying to avoid arrest.
The co-accused, 29-year-old Chloe Beaver from the ACT, also appeared in court on Wednesday when she pleaded guilty to possessing a prohibited drug and possessing a prescribed restricted substance.
She has not yet pleaded to one count of dealing with proceeds of crime.
More from the courts
In April, Warden handed himself into Wagga Police Station after they seized a Red Honda 250 trail bike stolen in Tumut earlier this year.
Two months earlier, police caught him having a taser inside a BMW in South Gundagai.
During an earlier hearing, he had also pleaded guilty to one count each of possessing a prohibited weapon without a permit and possessing a prohibited drug.
In May last year, police found an extendable baton and cocaine at his previous home in Rosewood, 65km east of Holbrook.
When police asked him about the cocaine, he said: "It's in my house, I'm not going to say anything more about it ... it's my house, chief."
On Wednesday he pleaded guilty to numerous charges including four counts of possessing a prohibited drug, two counts of possessing a prohibited weapon without a permit and two counts of using a prohibited weapon contrary to a prohibition order.
He also pleaded guilty to three counts of unlawfully possessing number plates and two counts each of having goods in custody suspected of being stolen, driving while suspended and driving an unregistered car.
Other charges he admitted to are police pursuit, driving an uninsured car and driving a car with an unauthorised number plate.
Court documents state that Warden had weapons and firearms prohibition orders placed on him after he was involved in an incident where a gun was shot numerous times in a public place.
In relation to the police pursuit across Gundagai, he is yet to enter pleas for charges of supplying an indictable and commercial quantity of prohibited drug, possessing ammunition without holding a licence and acquiring ammunition subject to a prohibition order.
He also has not yet pleaded additional charges of possessing a prohibited weapon without permit and using a prohibited weapon contrary to a prohibition order.
In court on Wednesday, Magistrate Imad Abdul-Karim ordered sentence assessment reports for both Warden and Beaver in relation their admitted offences.
They are set to front court again on October 9.
