Bailey took out the Southern Suns Administrator and State Administrator of the Year awards, as well as a 'Blues' award for outstanding volunteering.
Wagga Touch Association also won the Southern Suns Affiliate of the Year after a big season highlighted by the hosting of the Junior State Cup southern conference, which will be held at Wagga again in February.
"It's nice (to be recognised) but it's not just me, there's a lot of other people who've helped," Bailey said.
"They were all a surprise, but I'm thankful for them."
The junior competitions recommence at Jubilee Park on Sunday with an increase of teams from 111 to 117.
Wagga Touch's AGM will is on September 12 at 6.30pm at the clubhouse.
