Winter polled three out of a possible six votes in North Wagga's final round win over Northern Jets to win the Farrer League Player of the Year, voted by coaches.
Winter finished on 38 votes to finish two ahead of East Wagga-Kooringal midfielder Chris Gordon (36).
Marrar captain Jackson Moye claimed the final spot on the podium with five votes in the win over Barellan to finish third on 31.
Olsson is assured of the Riverina League Player of the Year award despite there still being one round to play.
The GGGM ruckman remains on 35 votes, seven clear of Coolamon's Jake Barrett (28).
Mangoplah-Cookardinia United-Eastlakes' teenager George Kendall and Griffith forward Jacob Conlan are close behind on 27.
The Lions have the bye in the final round but Olsson cannot be caught.
It is both players' first win in the award, that will be be presented at each league's presentation night.
