The charity is set to host its annual garage sale and are in need of donated items to sell.
"It's a great way to find a bargain, and it's for a good cause," said coordinator John Wood.
Mr Wood encouraged people to donate looked-after items or come on down to the sale.
"This is a fundraising exercise that we have done for more than 10 years," he said.
"Each year, people will bring their goods in, and we have a garage sale.
"We are here to help the kids who are sick and their parents from around the Riverina."
Mr Wood said there were plenty of treasures to be found at the sale.
"This is the best place to get a bargain at this same time of year," he said.
"From furniture to books and puzzles, anything you can think of. People will come here and bargain with us, everyone that leaves here is obviously happy."
The garage sale will be on August 31, from 7am to 1pm at 300 Edward Street.
Donated items can be dropped off at Ronald McDonald House on Edward Street from Monday to Friday during office hours.
The coordinators are looking for books, furniture (no mattresses), bric-a-brac, toys, plants and household items.
To arrange donated items to be collected, call the office at 02 6925 0122.
All proceeds will go towards helping Ronald McDonald House care for families with sick or injured children, and expectant mothers.
