Joshua and Emma Eden announced they would be opening a new cafe in the club.
It's going to be called the Halfway Cafe as a nod to its position on the lake from Apex Park.
"They gave us the green light six months ago, so we have decided to hit the ground running," Mr Eden said.
The official opening is this weekend, with the cafe running from 6am to 12pm on Saturdays and Sundays.
"We are nervous," Mr Eden said.
"There is a lot of foot traffic, and it is the perfect opportunity as it is near the lake.
"It will be a cafe serving coffees and milkshakes. In summer, we'll look into slushies and ice-creams."
The key to their business plan is opening as a permanent institution that residents know they can rely on when they are on the hunt for a weekend hit of caffeine.

Mr Eden said it is a bonus the cafe space being leased will help the Wagga Boat Club.
The announcement of the cafe has come a few weeks after the opening of a Chinese restaurant.
An addition that has been so popular, the chefs had to stop serving takeaway to deal with the in-house demand.
Wagga Boat Club commodore Mick Henderson said the eatery was a life-saver.
"We are kicking goals and moving forward," he said.
"We are here putting another wok in to keep up with the demand, so we get on top of it.
"The response has been fantastic."
Mr Henderson added the cafe would be another great asset to the club.
"We want to be one of the high priority places," he said.
"if people want to have a beautiful meal with beautiful scenery, then this is the place to be."
Me Henderson said the future of the club is looking brighter.
The Wagga Boat Club will also be hosting the Flow Festival on September 14, and all proceeds raised will go back into the club.
