Backman Matt Thomas will miss with a hamstring injury, however the Saints are hopeful that - if they do win and finish on top - he will be back for their next game, the second semi-final in a fortnight.
They'll be down two defenders against the Jets, with Sam Longmore unavailable, while Kane Flack also comes out of the team that beat Temora, making Watt's return for a game before finals particularly valuable.
North Wagga hope to have Flack available for their finals campaign, after a season in which he's played plenty of North East Australian Football League games with Greater Western Sydney Giants.
The Saints last finished on top of the ladder in 2004. They went down to The Rock-Yerong Creek in the grand final that year.
If North Wagga slip up, Marrar can claim another minor premiership with a win at Barellan. They have six changes for that game, with key figures Cal Gardner, Josh Hagar, Truman Carroll and Jack Reynolds all not named, as well as Matt Parks (knee) and Damien O'Donoghue (hamstring). However, the Bombers' ins include key players Mitch Taylor, Drew Beavan and Adam Whyte, who'll play his first game in two months.
