Live Traffic NSW reports that one of two southbound lanes has been closed after the crash on the highway, near Comatawa Road, Tarcutta.
Motorists are urged to exercise caution and lower their speed in the area.
The Rural Fire Service, NSW Ambulance and Transport for NSW are in attendance.
Remember to slow down to 40 kilometres per hour when passing emergency vehicles stopped with flashing lights.
