The winner is set to receive a festival honouring its suggestion, similar to the Deniliquin Ute Muster or the Broken Heel Festival in Broken Hill.

It follows last year's country-wide search for The Next Big Thing, which promised to build one town a 'big thing' like Coff Harbour's Big Banana or Woombye's Big Pineapple.
Wagga residents suggested that the city's big thing could be a Chiko Roll, a green swamp in reference to Lake Albert's algae bloom or a big metal wave down at the beach.

Wotif's managing director Daniel Finch said the latest initiative encourages Aussies to spend more time discovering destinations beyond their tried-and-tested favourites.
"This year we're asking towns, suburbs and cities to tell us what they should be famous for - and we'll do our magic to make it so. We're putting on an entire festival for one winning destination, completely dedicated to celebrating their unique claim to fame and the community around it," he said.
