The Eagles upset the reigning premiers for the second time this season, this time prevailing 14.9 (93) to 14.8 (92) at Crossroads Oval.
Collingullie-GP led by as much as 19 points in the third quarter before Narrandera hit the front later that quarter and also again midway through the final term.
In a seesawing final quarter, the Eagles held on for a famous one-point victory.
It ended a seven-game losing streak in emphatic style and co-coach Jamie Grintell was proud of his group.
"To our boys' credit, they never gave in," Grintell said.
"It wasn't a bad game really and it could have gone either way.
"It was a good effort. I'm proud of the boys. It was good, they were rapt."
Corey Baxter kicked five goals for Narrandera in a strong performance, while Tom Savage, Joe Grinter and Kyle Bull all enjoyed their best games for the year.
Narrandera's ruck pairing Isaac Bunge and Macauley Smith also combined for five goals, while Jordan Hedington and Blake Renet also shone.
"Our pressure was good," Grintell said.
"They had a crack and put a four-quarter performance in."
The loss rules Collingullie-GP out of the finals race. They are now two games plus percentage outside the top five with only four rounds remaining.
Marc Geppert returned from injury and was the Demons' best with a six-goal haul, while Nick Perryman and Daniel Frawley tried hard all day and never gave in.
Collingullie-GP lost ruckman Ben Klemke in the warm up to injury.
