Riverina Police District executed a search warrant at a property on Baker Street about 11.30 on Wednesday.
Inspector Adrian Telfer said a 40-year-old man who lives at the address is believed to be responsible for these thefts.
"We believe he lives at that address and he'll be charged with a number of offences and we'll put an allegation before the Wagga Local Court shortly," Inspector Telfer said.
"We recovered a quad bike, a motor bike and a fairly extensive number of tools and farming equipment, so we believe these items come from small and large farms around the Temora Adlethan and Nangus areas.
"A number of things have been stolen up there, so it's a good result for us to recover them and return them to their owner."
Inspector Telfer said this was a great result for police and the community as rural crime can be challenging.
"We work with the community on this one and without the information that we received through the community, we wouldn't have been able to act yesterday," he said.
"If you've had something stole, please let us know. Lots of information comes to us and once we put it all together, it paints a picture for us and that's when we see results like yesterday.
"I'm, sure people who own this property are very pleased to get it back and we're pleased to put an allegation to court that someone stole it."
