The big blue building on the corner of Dobney Avenue and Chaston Street will finally get a tenant after more than seven years sitting vacant.

The site, located at 34 Dobney Avenue, was owned by Tim Brennan for 16 years before being sold to Dobney Avenue Investments for $1.98 million.
Mr Brennan developed one half of the site into office and shop space in 2012, but the site never attracted tenants until now.
Family-run business Bob's Birdz-N-Pets is relocating to the large warehouse from its Tompson Street location after 29 years, with plans to open up shop within a few weeks.
"It's a really good space for us to work with and will allow us to do a lot of new things, like upgrading existing facilities such as how we handle dogs and puppies," said business owner Darren Wood.
"We'll be able to do more with our bird room and make it more comfortable for customers in there as well as allowing us to dramatically increase our holdings by about 40 per cent with our fish.
"We will offer more exotic fish and things we haven't been able to do in our existing premises."
A development application was lodged with Wagga City Council by Albury-based Habitat Planning in November to change the use of an industrial premises to a pet store, which was approved last month.
Mr Wood said he investigated the site and its challenge to find tenants before choosing to relocate his business.
"The only reason seems to be because of the type of zoning the building was built in and certainly with the state government changes in zoning laws we're confident in moving here," he said.
"We've been looking at options for the last 18 months and whether we could work with what we had or moving to another premises.
"But this one caught our eyes as it's in a high traffic area with high visibility and it will allow us to do more in bulk foods for our customers."
Approval for a new service station on the vacant southern part of the site was granted by council in 2015, but no work has ever commenced on this development.
"We hope to be more competitive and I think the exposure of this corner will dramatically improve our sales, particularly with the weekend trade and good parking on site," Mr Wood said.
"It's amazing how many comments we've already received with the new premises as well as being so much closer to the majority of Wagga residents who have spread out.
"We anticipate this to be a destination store."
