The under-12 girls won their second division plate final in extra time after Eleanor Crawford nailed a long range goal with about three minutes remaining in the final against Chatswood.
The under-10s boys also defended their under nines title from last year with a comprehensive 4-0 victory over Canberra FC in the decider.
The Kanga Cup is the southern hemisphere's largest youth soccer tournament, and Wagga was again the most represented regional centre with 13 teams making the trip.
Football Wagga development officer Liam Dedini said the under-10s boys may leap into the top tier cup division next year and be challenged against city teams.
"The Plate is the second division, but you're still up against some very strong teams," Dedini said.
"Those boys potentially next year might go into the cup against some NPL1 teams from Sydney."
Six Wanderers teams made the semis, with two advancing to the grand final.
The under-10 girls also won the fair play award for their division.
"Years ago we never used to have teams go up there and get results," Dedini said.
"Last year we had four teams get the win but to come back with two was fantastic, and six in the semi finals is great.
"Both under nine teams made the semis for their division, which is a good sign for the future."
