The Swans proved a class above the struggling Eagles, running out easy winners 12.16 (88) to 3.10 (28) at Exies Oval.
Jacob Conlan continued his strong season with a five-goal haul, while Heath Northey, Isaac Campbell, Mick Duncan and Sam Daniel were others to shine in the big win.
Griffith has the bye next week before they embark on the final five rounds and a finals campaign.
Griffith coach Will Griggs was happy enough with the way the Swans played.
"It was a pretty good battle in the first half, they stuck it to us and we were our own worst enemy a bit with the way we overused the ball," Griggs said.
"We fixed some areas and ended up getting on top."
Isaac Bunge, Macauley Smith and Jordan Hedington were the pick of Narrandera's players.
