The premiers were unbeaten through the first half of the season, but have lost two of their last three games to start the second round.
Perry was far from impressed with the team's performance as they were shocked by seventh-placed Kangaroos 43-20 at Equex Centre on Saturday.
"I thought it was pretty ordinary on our part," Perry said.
However he's not sure what the problem is.
After a draw with Albury to start the season, the Tigers strung eight wins together, including a 32-0 win over Southcity in the grand final rematch.
However they've conceded on average 30 points in their last three games.
Perry is unsure what has changed.
"I'm not sure to be honest with you," he said.
"If I knew I would fix it and it wouldn't happen."
Maintaining possession is something Perry wants to improve after letting a number of good tryscoring opportunities slip away last week.
The loss saw the side drop back to second, one point behind Southcity.
However they get a chance to return to top spot with the Bulls facing a tough clash against third-placed Tumut at Harris Park on Sunday while the Tigers tackle Cootamundra.
To add to their troubles star fullback Mathew Lyons re-aggravated his shoulder problem suffered against the Thunder last month and will miss Sunday's clash with the winless Bulldogs.
He also missed the win against Young leading into last week and Perry is unsure of how long he will be sidelined this time around.
Noa Fotu also suffered a corked thigh and will also miss the clash.
Troy Barby remains in doubt after he was hospitalised leading into the game against his former club with the flu.
He remains in isolation with a return date yet to be determined.
Corey Wilson has been named at fullback to replace Lyons with Charlie Barton coming onto the wing.
