McDougall has enjoyed an outstanding season and capped it off with a milestone victory aboard Galaxy Force ($3.30) for his boss, Donna Scott.
It was his second win for the day after bolting in on the Matthew Dale-trained Smelting ($1.30) earlier in the day.
McDougall described his winning ride on Galaxy Force as 'horrible' but had a lot nicer things to say about Scott and the three-year-old gelding.
"It was a very big training effort by Donna," he said.
"He's got bad knees and you can't do a lot of work with him.
"I've got a lot of time for the horse. He's definitely Highway potential."
The first-up victory was Galaxy Force's second win from three career starts.
Scott hinted she may look to stretch the three-year-old out over further to see if he can measure up for next year's Country Championships.
McDougall was happy to reach 100 winners for the season, his first full year based at Albury.
"It's very nice to get the 100 out of the way for the boss and family," he said.
