Ganmain-Grong Grong-Matong young gun Matt Hamblin was named best-on-ground in NSW-ACT Rams under 17 Futures victory at Gold Coast on Monday.
The Rams prevailed 6.9 (45) to 3.10 (28) over Queensland at Southport.
The Rock-Yerong Creek's Jack Driscoll kicked a goal in the second quarter that helped set up the win.
Queensland led by one point at quarter-time before NSW-ACT got on top in the second term to lead by four points at half-time.
The visitors then kicked three goals to one in the second half to grab victory.

NSW-ACT's under 17 team will play one more game later in the year, against Vic Country on August 11 in Melbourne.
The under 16 national championships are also being held at Gold Coast this week.
NSW-ACT will play Northern Territory at Metricon Stadium on Tuesday, followed by a game on Saturday against Tasmania at Aspley.
