WAGGA Heat coach Matt Bishop says he would consider coaching again next year should he receive full commitment to the cause from the playing group after an undermanned squad went down 74-54 at Bankstown on Saturday.

Fielding just seven players, including 15-year-old Josh Cochrane, Bishop suited up for his first Waratah League division one game in about three years and played around a quarter-and-a-half of court time.
Bishop took over from John Norman midway through a campaign where the Heat has managed just four wins in 15 games.
He said he'd like to be assured a squad would commit to regular training and going on the road if he is to return.
"I won't say I'm disappointed but I would say I think as a club across the board, the players and coaches, there needs to be a full time commitment," he said.
"If we had 12-15 players that all wanted to fight for minutes and put in 100 per cent I'd seriously consider coming back, but if it's a part time commitment for players you don't want to put in a full time commitment.
"If we all go to work for five days a week and we all work as hard as each other we all get the same, but if one person turns up for one day they don't deserve what everyone else gets.
"There's our import (Matt Brunell), Zac Maloney, Scott Hare, Dom and Bobby Tye and Chaz Bishop, that's been the starting group since I've been on and I know they want to play as many minutes as they possibly can.
"If we've got people who turn up one training session in four and they don't travel, then people shouldn't be pointing at them based on their minutes.
"I know the playing group I just talked about are getting frustrated ,they want to do practice at game pace."
Bishop said he's encouraged by the development and hard work of youngsters like Fletcher Petersen and Eddie Merkel.
"Fletcher Petersen trains the house down and listens and play hard, it's kids like that that gets you excited," he said.
"Eddie Merkel's the same so there's seven or eight (invested players), who's going to be the next two that will jump on board with them?"
Bishop played partly because players were tired or in foul trouble, but also wanted to set an example on how to implement the long term strategies he's hoping to build.
"It was more about trying to demonstrate what we're trying to put in as a system. I know we're struggling a bit with what we're trying to achieve, but from my point of view that's expected," he said.
"We're not putting something in for a quick fix for a couple of games, we want to put some systems in play that will stand long term.
"I just stayed out there to try and demonstrate a bit, plus we were getting some guys in foul trouble and they played long minutes."
