The Gatsby Cafe is a family-run business that is trying to bring back some "old world charm".
From traditional attire and classical teacups to the cutlery, the space is decorated to make customers feel they have been transported back in time.
Amanda Aygun and her husband decided to open their third hospitality business as a sideline venture.
"I grew up in Henty and have lived at Yerong Creek for 30 years and we have been running a farm stay holiday property," she said.
"About one-and-a-half years ago, we branched out into our first commercial business outside of the farm stay, which was buying Otto's Pizzeria in Wagga.
"My greatest inspiration really were my parents in starting this Gatsby and roaring twenties cafe."
Mrs Aygun said she hopes to create happiness, which is something she feels every time she walks into her parents' home.
"Every time I visited my mum and dad, they would always have dance music on, and they would love the music of the 1920s or 30s," she said.
"My parents have moved house three times and each time they move house they keep handing things to members of the family, and so I have been able to collect a lot of their beautiful pieces.
"In the shop here, I will be using crockery that belonged to my mother and grandmother."
The cafe will be open seven days a week, from 7am every day and then closing at 5.30pm on weekdays, except Thursday on late night trading, 9pm, and then 4pm on the weekends.
