The Swans came from behind at half-time to record a 57-point victory over the Bulldogs, 17.13 (115) to 8.10 (58).
Turvey Park turned it on in the second quarter to go into half-time with a two-point lead.
It was only short-lived as Griffith flicked the switch at the break and kicked 11 goals to two in the second half.
Griffith coach Will Griggs described it as the Swans' best football of the year.
"Our second half was really, really good. Probably the best footy we've played all year," Griggs said.
"The first half was a bit shaky. We did some silly things with the ball and were not good enough with our defence."
In his second game for the year, Jack Rowston was best for the Swans, while Blake Argus and Heath Northey were others to shine in a solid team performance.
Lucas Conlan was a late withdrawal after being called up for the Giants in the NEAFL.
Nathan Byrne was a standout for Turvey Park, while Jeremy Sykes was very good, particularly in the first half, and Luke Cuthbert finished with three goals.
