The Crows ended a nine-game losing streak with their best performance of the season, defeating Narrandera 17.8 (110) to 8.10 (58) at Leeton Showground.
Jade Hodge had a day out and kicked seven goals in a best-on-ground performance, while fellow senior players Bryce O'Garey, Tom Meline, Matt Rainbird and Will Wakeman all led from the front.
Suspended Crows coach Daniel Muir said it was a well-deserved win for his team.
"It takes the pressure off and just to see the smiles on the kids faces, it was very rewarding," Muir said.
"That's the yardstick now. We know how well we can play, it's just a matter now of keeping that momentum and keeping it at that level."
The Crows started the game strongly with a six-goal opening term helping establish a 24-point lead at the first break.
They then sealed the win with another six-goal quarter in the third term.
"Every game for the last five weeks it's been a bad start and then we've been chasing our tail but today we hit the ground running, which is really good," he said.
"We've been building for it in patches...so the big focus was on playing four quarters of footy. The motto today was risk, reward and we took the risks today and we got the reward in the end, which was pleasing."
With Muir suspended, Matt Rainbird and Travis Doyle coached the game for Leeton-Whitton.
The only sour note of the day was a broken collarbone in the opening minutes to Angus Morschel.
Others to play well for the Crows were Kyle Pete in the ruck, in the absence of Mason Dryburgh, along with Ryan Grey and Ryan Dunn.
Narrandera ruckman Isaac Bunge was the Eagles' best, followed by Jack Grintell and Macauley Smith.
The loss continued a bad few weeks for Narrandera, who had started the season with so much promise.
