The Lions president and captain will enter an exclusive club when she runs out for 200th game against Tuggeranong at Gumly Oval.
It was meant to happen last week against Belconnen at Yass but the Magpies forfeited.
Coote was a member of the inaugural Lions season as a 14-year-old back in 2003 and has come through the ranks and achieved just about all there is at the club.
The 31-year-old is looking forward to entering the Lions 200 club on Sunday.
"It's a great achievement," Coote said.
"Not many players in women's footy are able to achieve that many games."
Coote puts her dedication to the Lions down to her love of the club.
"I definitely love the club," she said.
"The club's been there for me since I was a little girl, I've been involved since the start so I feel as though I should give back."
The Lions have started the AFL Canberra regional women's competition on fire with 10 wins from 10 games, establishing a percentage of 1141.56.
The Lions have met Tuggeranong twice already this season, resulting in 61-point and 130-point victories.
Coote is confident of enjoying her milestone with another win.
"I'm pretty confident the girls will get this one," she said.
"We live by our motto and that's we don't lose in milestone games."
Coote believes the Lions are on track for another successful season.
"The girls are doing really well. This season's been great so far," she said.
"Travelling three hours to Canberra and pumping most teams by 100 points is not great...but we do what we've got to do to play footy."
