Best known for her duet with Elton John, 'Don't Go Breaking My Heart', and hit song 'I've Got the Music in Me', Kiki Dee said she was ready to impress at her first show in Wagga.
"There's always an unknown quantity with crowds in places like this, and I'm bringing a show we've established well in the UK but no one here is really going to know what we are doing until we arrive so there's always that element of surprise which makes it exciting," she said.
The singing star said to expect a slower version of Don't Go Breaking My Heart, songs from Kate Bush, and a range of other original material.
"It will be a semi-acoustic show that takes on a musical journey quality," she said.
"Every two or three songs, we'll have something the audience is more familiar with to keep the momentum going."
Performing on August 13, Kiki Dee said she was looking forward to a fun-filled show.
"It's good timing too with Elton John's tour coming to Australia soon as well," she said.
"But when I arrive I will be finding my feet and setting a pace, so I'm looking forward to a challege and putting on a great show."
