Ellen McIntyre scored four tries while Emma Robertson snared a hat-trick in the 46-10 win at Jarrah Oval.
It was Reddies' first big test since their only loss of the season, a 62-19 thrashing at the hands of Griffith, a month ago.
Coach Andy Bedford was surprised by the scoreline.
"I thought it was going to be closer than that but I was a very happy coach," Bedford said.
"The best thing about that win is we had 10 players, and one one of our forward Bridie (Lewis) had a bung knee and while she did some good things was at about 50 per cent.
"They had a full bench at a home game and we still managed to get a big win which I was super impressed with."
McIntyre has now scored 35 tries in 11 games this season.
Meanwhile Ag College pulled off a shock result, downing Waratahs 29-21 for just their second win of the season.
The loss means Waratahs remain in third, level with Tumut on 37 points, but the Bullettes have a game in hand.
Griffith gave their finals chances a boost with a 48-19 win over Wagga City.
They're now five points plus plenty of percentage clear of fifth-placed City and only two behind second.
CSU are 13 points clear on top of the ladder.
Leeton's 15-5 win over Albury completed the round.
