Murrumbidgee Local Health District spokesperson said a 19-year-old male was in a critical condition and airlifted by NSW Air Ambulance to St George Hospital in Sydney at about 12.30am.
"The 19-year-old female remains in a stable condition at Wagga Wagga Base Hospital," the spokesperson said.

NSW Fire and Rescue were called to the intersection of the Sturt Highway and McNickle Road on Monday at 8.24pm.
Turvey Park senior firefighter Craig Keith said the collision involved a truck and a car and two people were taken to hospital.
"Just us there, but there were multiple ambulances, the VRA and police," he said.
Mr Keith could not provide any more detail.
NSW Ambulance Media spokesperson said two patients, a woman and male about 19 years old were both extricated and taken to Wagga Base Hospital.
"One was trapped briefly and unconscious and the female had a right knee injury and pelvic pain," the spokesperson said.
"The guy had facial injuries."

Sturt Highway traffic is now being routed past the truck and car collision scene at Ashmont one lane at a time on an alternating stop and slow cycle.
Eastbound lanes had been closed earlier in the night.

Emergency services are responding to a collision between a truck and a car on the Sturt Highway at Ashmont on Wednesday night.
The collision occurred near Ashmont Avenue and the Silvalite Fuel Stop just before 8.25pm and NSW LiveTraffic is reporting that a person is trapped.
A medium-sized livestock truck and a small hatchback car appear to have been involved in the incident.
Multiple firetrucks, two ambulances and rescue personnel are attending the scene.
The highway is closed in an eastbound direction.
Fire and Rescue NSW Turvey Park officers are attending but the station was unable to offer any additional information at this early stage.
NSW LiveTraffic has advised that the Olympic Highway and Red Hill Road can be used as an alternate route around the crash scene and has urged drivers to exercise caution and allow for extra travel time.
