WDCA president Eric Koetz is the only member of the old executive part of the new board and will be joined by six fresh faces.
Luke Olsen, Brenton Crawford, Peter King, Kerry Geale, Brett Dohl and Jeremy Neumann will join Koetz on the new seven-man board after Monday night's annual general meeting.
WDCA received nine nominations for the seven positions, which were voted on by clubs.
Olsen, the Cricket NSW area manager, is happy with the new-look board of managment.
"We've got a good mix of experienced cricket people with fresh cricket people," Olsen said.
"It's pretty positive for the future."
The new board, which replaces the old executive, will meet for the first time next week and will elect a chairman.
