LAKE Albert coach Mitch Tinnock is on high alert to prevent his team falling victim to a mental letdown against Tumut on Sunday after last week's brutal top-of-the-table battle with Hanwood.

Tinnock says his biggest task this week is ensuring his squad's mind is on the job after the 2-all draw with the Pascoe Cup leaders, the first match Hanwood has conceded goals this season.
The Sharks began their title defence with a 6-1 hammering of the Eagles in round one but expect a much tougher test against a new-look Tumut, headlined by recruits Rhys Creed and James and Will Goode.
"That (getting up for the game) is probably the biggest danger for us this week. Hanwood was pretty easy to get movitated for because it was such a huge match," Tinnock said.
"It's my main focus to make sure they're up and about and ready to go."
Lake Albert striker James Trevaskis will play despite injuring his ankle late against Hanwood, but winger Cam Mavor will miss with a hamstring injury.
Tumut enters the back half of the competition in fifth spot, and midfielder Mitchell Henman is confident they have the quality to threaten the top four.
The Eagles are looking to bounce back at Rawlings Park after they squandered a 3-1 league against Wagga United last week by conceding two late goals.
"They (Lake Albert) hammered us in the first round but we've come a long way from that game," he said.
"It's pretty close points-wise mid-table, so it's an important period."
