Leading the charge will be the 1969 team as they celebrate 50 years since they defeated Mangoplah-Cookardinia to win their first Farrer League premiership.
The Demons' 1999 and 2009 teams will also hold 20 and 10 year premiership reunions on Saturday, coinciding with Collingullie-Glenfield Park's important clash with Mangoplah-Cookardinia United-Eastlakes.
Collingullie 1969 premiership player Ken Morrow, who kicked 1122 goals for the club throughout an illustrious career, is pleased to see the rivalry with the Goannas still exists.
"It's very fierce and it's good to see it still going," Morrow said.
"It's definitely still there and the first couple of Riverina League premierships we won were against Mangoplah as well."
Morrow expects 13 members of the 1969 premiership team to be in attendance on Saturday.
The team was coached by the late Geoff Sharpe, and came from fourth position on the ladder to defeat Mangoplah-Cookardinia by 15 points in the grand final at Yerong Creek.
Morrow kicked six goals in the triumph but it was the conditions he remembers most from the day.
"It was a big day for us. It snowed that night so it's a night we won't forget," he said.
"It was a shocking day. We had wind, rain and hail.
"We came from fourth. Mango had a pretty handy side, they had won a few flags and been up there but we had been really competitive with them.
"About 14 or 15 of our team were related so we were a close-knit football side. We had some good country players."
The 1969 season was the club's fifth year in the Farrer League after stepping up from the Central Riverina League.
Morrow said he is extremely proud of what the club has achieved in recent times.
"We've won 17 flags since 1951, which is a pretty good effort for a little place. I'm very proud," he said.
The 1999 Collingullie-Ashmont-Kapooka premiership team was coached by Kane Johnstone, who defeated Ardlethan by 44 points.
The 2009 premiership was a 34-point win over Marrar and was led ironically by the Bombers' current coach Shane Lenon.
Demons full-forward Marc Geppert is the only member of the 2009 premiership side that will run out in seniors for Collingullie-GP on Saturday, with Kal Sykes and Ryan Dean still playing in reserve grade.
The stakes are high on Saturday with MCUE needing a win to replace the Demons in fifth spot at the halfway mark of the competition.
Both teams come in on the back of wins last week.
