There are six entrants from across the Riverina and Murray area, who are vying for the top spot that will send them straight to Sydney for a three-day bootcamp.
The local heat finalists include Meredith West, of Dough Re Mi, Dimmity Brassil, of A Lasting Tale and Fiona Moloney, of Boutique Guru.

The region's representative will take on the other heat winners throughout the state in hopes of gaining one of the five positions in the state final this September.
The local heat is at the Romano Hotel, starting at 6.30pm.
