The winner will earn the right to take on defending Riverina champions Marian College in the Area Final at Albury late next month, which is the round of 32 of the knockout competition.
The girls 15 years and under competition is contested by schools from Cairns to Melbourne.
TRAC has beaten Wagga Wagga High School in the Ron Anschuetz Shield the past three years, but had never advanced to the fourth round of the Bill Turner Trophy before booking their spot with a 2-0 win at Cootamundra.
Coach Virginie Vignas said they're looking to turn the tables on Albury after they knocked them out in the third round last year.
"The girls are prepared so hopefully we'll do well," she said.
"Three times in a row we've won the shield against Wagga High School, but it's the first time we've got this far."
Vignas said Wagga City Wanderers players Tootsie Lamb (attacker) and Zoe Evans (defender) will play vital roles in Wednesday's clash, which kicks off at 11.30am.
