Top spot on the Riverina League ladder at the halfway point of the home and away season will be up for grabs at Exies Oval.
The two teams will go into the game on back of contrasting form, with the Swans suffering their first loss of the season last Saturday when copping a 65-point hiding from Mangoplah-Cookardinia United-Eastlakes.
It was Griffith's first home and away loss since August 2017.
The Swans finished with no fit players on the bench with Mick Duncan, Nathan Richards and Charlie Cunial all unavailable to finish the game.
Griffith coach Will Griggs expects all three to be right to face Tigers, plus the Swans will be boosted by the return of Overs and Northey, at least.
"(The injuries) are not too bad. It was just precautionary with bumps and bruises," Griggs said.
"We'll get Alex Overs and Heath Northey back this week, and maybe a couple of others. They will give us a little bit more midfield depth.
"Both of them are experienced, bigger bodies as well so that will come in handy, which is good."
Griggs was disappointed with his team's performance at Mangoplah Sportsground on Saturday, but believes an early loss might not be the worst thing for his team after they went through last year's home and away season undefeated, only to lose twice during finals.
He said the biggest learning from the loss was the evenness of this year's competition.
"I said to the boys after, it shows that if you're not on your game mentally and if you don't prepare the right way, then anyone can beat anyone," he said.
"Everyone is a lot closer than the ladder appears. You have to turn up every week."
The Swans have no plans to bring in any new players before the June 30 clearance deadline. They are looking forward to the return of Jack Rowston from a knee injury in coming weeks, while Ben King will play a much bigger role in the back half of the season.
Griggs expects to face a young, quick Tigers team, who come in on the back of a 33-point win over Coolamon.
The Swans coach is more worried about his team's performance than the result itself.
"I'm not focused on the result, it's more about how we respond after last weekend," he said.
"When you lose your first home and away game in two years, I don't think you need to throw everything out...our focus is on Wagga this week and how we respond."
