Nisbet combined with Gundagai trainer David Blundell aboard Monkery before guiding Gentleman Max to victory for Wagga trainer Trevor Sutherland in the last of seven races.
Ward tasted success with Treasure Boss for Mark Gee and Beautiful Bee for Russell Osborne.
Mallyon rode his double for Mitch Beer.
It was the pair's first double since combining forces in April.
The pair started the day on a winning note after Zaberfelde made a winning debut before completing completed the double after Pips 'n' Crowns ($31) caused a boil-over.
Stablemate Smart Promise was the heavily supported $1.60-favourite.
Mallyon had the pick of the stable rides and his judgement proved spot on.
Pips 'n' Crowns had shown nothing in three starts for Beer after previously being trained by Pat Carey.
Beer said there were excuses for the failures.
"She was tying up horribly and we sort of hadn't picked-up on it," Beer said.
"Last start she hit the front and stopped rapidly, so we changed her diet and work around and Jordie (Mallyon) stuck with the right one.
"I have only had her for a few runs and she has been really hard work.
"She is a lovely, big Epaulette filly and has always shown plenty of promise.
"After her last gallop Jordie came in and threw the reins at me and said 'How's this not won a maiden?'
"So he stuck with the horse and a big thank you to Steve Watkins who is a great supporter of the stable.
"Steve and I sort of come up with a plan when it would have been easier to put Pips 'n' Crown in the too hard basket and gotten rid of her.
"But Steve has stuck solid and really deserves the victory and it's a credit to the team."
