The 14.4 (88) to 7.2 (44) win at Langtry Oval ensured Taylor and teammate Jeremy Graetz (150 games) marked their milestones with a smile.
It had looked ominous early as Barellan controlled the game to lead by three goals late in the first term and it wasn't until well into the second that Marrar came back.
They kicked six unanswered goals heading into half-time to go from two goals down to four goals up and plot a path to victory.
"The best thing about it was the way we responded when they were in control," coach Shane Lenon said.
"Last week at Coleambally, they got on top and we couldn't respond. This week we were able to get the game back on our terms and it was a good way to respond."
After an even third term, Marrar finished the better in the fourth when they kept Barellan scoreless, to enjoy a 44-point win.
Taylor's superb season continued with another strong performance at the back, where Adam Whyte also had a big game, while the return of Jack Reynolds and another captain's role from Jackson Moye (including four goals) steered the Bombers home.
Naturally, Lenon was pleased to avoid back-to-back losses. He conceded they were simply out-pressured and outgunned by Coleambally last week and the same could've happened again if they hadn't been able to swing momentum back in the second term.
"Barellan came to play, don't worry about that," Lenon said. "They were good, especially without Sean Ellis, and were on top for the first quarter-and-a-half. Luckily we were able to turn it around."
Will Overs kicked three of Barellan's seven goals while Darcy McDermott, Jack Hillman and Mitch Hawker had strong games.
