Southern Inland proved too good for both Monaro and South Coast to cruise to a ninth title in Canberra on Saturday.
Southern Inland scored an impressive 38-12 win over Monaro to start the day, then backed it up immediately with a 33-14 win over South Coast.
Representative coach Nick McCarthy was proud of Southern Inland's performance.
"The boys did really well. Considering it was a short preparation, short games, you've got to be happy with that," McCarthy said.
"We absorbed a lot of pressure early, in both games, then asserted a bit of dominance as the games went on and the boys played well.
"So to win another title, that's nine in a row now, the boys did really well."
Albury hooker Tom Boyle was named Southern Inland's player of the day and was one of 12 players to be selected in the Brumbies Provincial team.
Boyle, Nathan Seymour, Rob Whiltshire, Eroni Nava, Liam Krautz, Menzie Seumanutafa, Sam Hobbs, Jayden Stanton, Vaughn Scott, Sainivalati Ratudradra, Chris Latu and Lochlan Ramm were all selected.
Meantime, Southern Inland's women's team went down to Uni-Norths Owls 10-0.
