Police have established a crime scene after a house in Tolland went up in flames.
Turvey Park Fire and Rescue were called to a home in Raye Street at 11.35pm.
"We arrived at 11.42pm," a spokesperson said.
"There were flames issuing from the front of the building.
"It was a two-bedroom, single-story brick home and it took us a bit to get in due to the ferocity of the flames."
Three crews were onsite and conducted a search of the home due to reports of people inside, but the crew didn't find anyone.
"It was extinguished just before midnight," the spokesperson said.
"It was deemed suspicious and handed over to police who have made it a crime scene.
"There was significant damage and it was structurally unsafe."
More to come.
